You don't have to keep managing this alone.
Maybe this is your first time in therapy, or maybe you're ready to go deeper than you have before.
You might be struggling with anxiety that won't quiet down, carrying trauma from the past, navigating a major life change, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next step.
Whatever brings you here, you deserve support that's tailored to you—your experiences, your goals, your pace.
I work with adults who are motivated and ready to invest in themselves.
Together, we'll work to help you understand what's happening, shift what's not working, and build the life you actually want.

AREAS OF FOCUS
I specialize in helping adults navigate:
Trauma & PTSD
Whether you're carrying the weight of a single event or a lifetime of difficult experiences, trauma therapy can help. Using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, we work to process what happened so it no longer controls how you feel, think, or move through the world.
Anxiety
High-functioning anxiety often looks fine on the outside while feeling relentless on the inside. Therapy helps you understand what's driving the worry, quiet the nervous system, and build a life that feels less like you're constantly bracing for something to go wrong.
Depression
Depression can make everything feel heavy, flat, or out of reach. Together, we explore what's underneath and work to shift the patterns keeping you stuck, so you can reconnect with yourself and find meaning again.
Relationship Issues
Our earliest experiences shape how we show up in relationships. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, or repeating patterns you can't seem to break, therapy helps you understand your relational world and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
Betrayal & Infidelity
Betrayal can shatter your sense of safety and self. Whether you're processing the aftermath of infidelity, rebuilding trust, or trying to make sense of what happened, therapy offers a space to grieve, heal, and find your footing again.
Sexual Health & Intimacy
Sexual concerns are deeply personal and often go unaddressed. Whether you're navigating desire, arousal, pain, the impact of trauma on intimacy, or simply feeling disconnected from this part of yourself, therapy offers a nonjudgmental space to explore and heal.
Perinatal & Postpartum
Pregnancy and the postpartum period can bring unexpected emotional challenges alongside the joy. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, or a complicated transition into parenthood, you deserve support that truly understands this season of life.
Grief & Loss
Grief is not linear, and it does not follow a timeline. Whether you've lost a person, a relationship, an identity, or a version of your life you expected to have, therapy helps you move through loss in a way that honors what it meant to you.
Life Transitions
Major changes, even ones you chose, can leave you feeling unsteady and unsure of who you are on the other side. Therapy helps you navigate transition with more clarity, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of direction.
Self-Esteem
Struggling with self-worth often shows up quietly in how you talk to yourself, the choices you make, and the relationships you tolerate. Therapy helps you untangle where those beliefs came from and build a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself.
ALL ADULTS ARE WELCOME
All genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and identities are welcome in my practice.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.
If you're motivated, emotionally ready, and willing to do the work, I'm here to support you.

How I Work With You
I integrate research-informed therapies tailored to fit your unique needs. We'll talk together about which approaches make the most sense for you, and I'll adjust our work as we go. My most commonly used modalities include:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from trauma and distressing memories. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements or tapping) to help your brain reprocess traumatic experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming or intrusive.
EMDR is particularly effective for:
-
PTSD and trauma
-
Anxiety and panic attacks
-
Disturbing memories, flashbacks, intrusive images
-
Phobias and fears
-
Grief and loss
-
Perinatal and Postpartum birthing preparation or birthing traumas
-
Sexual concerns
Many clients experience significant relief in fewer sessions than they expected. EMDR helps you heal without necessarily talking through every painful detail—your brain does the healing work naturally.
