I’m Dr. Catherine Lowrey, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, anxiety, and relationship pain.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence‑based care. I focus on helping you feel safe enough to be honest, curious about your patterns, and supported as you make meaningful change. Rather than forcing a rigid approach, I tailor our work to your needs, pace, and goals.
